How do I actually book a trip?
Call or message us on WhatsApp with your dates, route and group size. We confirm the vehicle, driver and fixed fare in writing before you travel — no online payment required.
How and when do I pay?
Pay the driver directly in cash or UPI once your trip is complete, or as agreed when you book. We’ll always tell you the full price upfront.
Are your drivers verified?
Yes — every driver holds a valid commercial license and is known to us personally. Vehicles carry current tourist permits and insurance.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers speak conversational English and can share local context along the way. Let us know if you need another language.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, a partial charge may apply to cover the driver's reserved time — ask us about your specific dates when you book.
Do you only serve Jaipur?
We’re based in Jaipur but drive across all of Rajasthan and into neighbouring states — ask about any route, even if it’s not listed above.
